Developed a Baseline Research for Understanding situations of refugees with disabilities among the refugee population in Kenya. The research was aimed at establishing a qualitative and quantitative appreciation of the situation ahead of the Co-Design workshop between the RELON-Kenya and partner organizations led by IRAP (International Refugee Assistance Project).

Developed a Strategic Plan for RELON- Kenya on behalf of Oxfam International. The 5-year Strategic Plan is aimed at supporting the 180-member organization to expand its fundraising program and undertake progressive rights advocacy and entrepreneurship development over the next five years

Designing visual assets for Christian Aid: Visual Assets aimed at promoting public dialogue on governance deficiencies of international financial institutions in the context of Special Drawing Rights (SDRs).

Designed, developed, and launched a business consultancy system/platform for providing consultancy services to startups, established companies, and NGOS. The system has handled 56 consultancy cases with 21 being handled by me as the lead consultant:

Developed an entrepreneurship assessment research of the use of technology among micro-enterprises in all 7 sub counties of Busia County. The research aimed to influence the understanding of technology needs and benchmark the creation of a data-driven platform for supporting micro-entrepreneurs.

Design and Development of Entrepreneurship Curriculum and a Learning Management System for the "Northern Innovation and Empowerment Hub"

Designed and implemented the Kisumu Business Forum to showcase business services and products from Kisumu entrepreneurs in partnership with the Kisumu County's Department of Trade and Business Development for 100 entrepreneurs in Kisumu, Kenya

Trained 19 women entrepreneurs on business and strategy development in partnership with Nosotras Women Connecting (a Costa Rican Organization) in Kisumu City, Kenya.

Trained 40 women asylum seekers on entrepreneurship through partnership and Funding from the Community Solutions Program (IREX), in Jerusalem, Israel

Conducted the "National Alcohol Situation Analysis Endline Survey Report" for Blue Cross Kisumu, and IOGT-NTO Movement based in Sweden.

Designed, developed and implemented marketing and sales strategies for Aquarech Limited in Western Kenya

Developed Post-graduate prospective students recruitment strategy for Africa on behalf of McGill University in Canada

Developed M-Shamba's western Kenya operations: Established a successful marketing strategy with the capacity of moving 84 tonnes of agricultural produce (Irish potatoes) to the markets in the region.

Designed and launched the Build Your Business Potential Program for 450 entrepreneurs in Kisumu, Nakuru, Lamu, Nairobi, and Mombasa in partnership with the U.S. Embassy.

Trained 30 women entrepreneurs on cross-border trade (COMESA common market protocols) and business development through partnership and funding from World Learning, in Kisumu Kenya

Conducted Training for the East Africa Leadership Team for "The Pollination Project Foundation." 

Served in the Panels of "Education and Schools" and "Economic Empowerment" between 2018 and 2021 and assisted in approving over 400 grants to start-ups in Africa, Asia, South America, and Europe.

Implemented the first and second cohorts of "The Next Economy's Employability Training and Placements" for "SOS Children Villages, Kenya" which involved training and finding job placements for 140 youth in Kisumu County, a project that we managed to accomplish with 43 out of the total number placed.

Implemented the Decent Work and Labor Rights in East Africa II. The project trained 900 youth and offered employment opportunities for 211 youth through local organizations between 2017 and 2019. We were responsible for training ad placement for youth in Kisumu County, Kenya.

The consultant led the development of gender analysis products, collaborating closely with Oxfam's Technical Working Group (TWG) consisting of Oxfam and partner organizations. We regularly updated the TWG, ensuring their input shapes the brief. The brief provides "The Roadmap towards gender transformation in the Kampala Declaration and the CAADP 10-year implementation plan and strategy (2026 to 2035)".

The report titled "Prevalence and Situations of Persons with Disabilities Survey Report 2019" presents findings on the occurrence and circumstances of persons with disabilities among the refugee populations in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Settlement. It provides an overview of the prevalence rates, challenges faced, and the level of support available for individuals with disabilities within these communities, and covered 952 households (5,454). Prepared by Millennial Legacy Investments LTD for Humanity & Inclusion (HI), the report aims to inform targeted interventions and policy responses to improve the well-being of persons with disabilities in the refugee settings.

Developed a strategic plan providing a roadmap for 2026-2030, building on previous achievements to strengthen advocacy for refugee rights and community-led development. The plan focuses on transforming refugee communities into active agents of change, advancing climate resilience, participatory governance, and human rights. It emphasizes leadership, research-based advocacy, and regional collaboration to enhance self-reliance and sustainable systems. 

Developed a Strategic Plan for KMET. The draft Strategic Plan was completed for the planning period spanning 2026 to 2030. KMET is a Kenyan health-focused NGO established to improve community health, medical education, and access to sexual and reproductive health services, especially for young people and marginalized groups. Their 2026–2030 strategic plan centers on consolidating community-led primary health care and youth sexual and reproductive health programs, scaling digital health and data systems, strengthening the community health workforce and capacity-building, expanding research, advocacy and strategic partnerships, enhancing institutional governance and financial sustainability, and implementing robust monitoring, evaluation and learning to drive equitable, measurable health outcomes across Kenya.
